RAW BROWNIE CAKE
1c pitted dates
1/2 c raw cacao powder
1/2 c maple syrup
2 tbs Olive Oil (or Coconut Oil) *olive oil gives it a deeper flavor!
1/4 c any nuts or other dry fruit
1 part Soaked Cashews (soak at least 30 minutes, at most 1 day)
1/4 part Coconut Oil, semi-soft
1/2 part Cacao Powder
*add maple syrup or sweetner if needed
-drain the cashews, add all three to a food processor or blender cup + blend, put it in the freeezer for 15-20 minutes, then whipped it!
*I used vegan chocolate syrup for the drizzle, or you can melt coconut oil + mix in cacao!
